Principal
Mrs. Tinney is absolutely thrilled to be working with our Tulpehocken students, families, and community as the principal of Penn-Bernville Elementary School! Mrs. Tinney earned her Bachelor’s and Masters' Degrees from West Chester University and received her principal’s certificate through Kutztown University. Before becoming a principal, she taught second grade and was an instructional coach. In her spare time, Mrs. Tinney loves spending time with her husband, son Brooks, and their two cats M and Peep. She cannot wait to have another great year at Penn-Bernville!
